By accessing and using nomu.land ("Nomu", "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this Service. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Notices, form the complete agreement between you and nomu.land.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use nomu.land. In jurisdictions where the minimum age of digital consent is lower, the local minimum applies, but never below 13 years of age.

If a payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store using our services, including trips, places, notes, and media. By using Nomu, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store any content, including photos and other media. You must not upload content that violates any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
Nomu allows you to share trips publicly and collaborate with others. When using these features:
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share publicly. We reserve the right to remove public content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
We are not liable for how third parties use information you have made publicly available.
